we had 3 new units installed onto the roof at work and Alton and Lee have worked with me and these two guys go way beyond their responsibilities to ensure that the customer (ME) is happy and the job is done right the first time, every time.  these two have been out here in the past and I can leave them and they stay focused on what they gotta get done, do NOT have to worry about these two at all. they get it done.

I had an issue with my HVAC package unit not cooling and found it had a leak. Instead of putting money into an older unit, I decided to have Stallings quote a new system. This happened the Thursday before Easter, and by the following Wednesday they had a brand new unit installed. They replaced everything, new ductwork, new vent covers, new pad, and a new thermostat.

My hot water heating system failed and Stallings was able to repair it in a timely manner.  They were professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I will say they are very prompt and professional. My family & I have had to call stallings a few times now and last night the guys (Chris & Mason) worked at my moms until almost 8pm and we couldn’t be happier. My dad tipped them & we will most definitely always use stallings before anyone else!!!

Called Stallings about a problem with hot water. They responded quickly, sent someone to check what was needed, then a new hot water heater was installed by Chris and Mason who provided excellent service. They knew what to do and were very courteous and professional. This occurred just before Christmas Eve and they worked as a team to ensure I'd have hot water.
